Singing Frogs Night
One peaceful evening in a quiet pond, the animals were getting ready for the night. Luna the frog was sitting on a lily pad, looking at the stars. She was enjoying the cool breeze and the gentle sounds of the water.
As Luna was relaxing, she heard a rustling in the reeds. Her friend, Benny the beaver, was approaching. “What were you doing, Luna?” Benny asked. “I was just sitting here and listening to the night,” Luna replied.
Suddenly, they noticed something unusual. The frogs in the pond were singing in harmony. “They were practicing for the Frog Choir Festival,” Benny explained. “I didn’t know they were having a festival,” Luna said. “Yes, they have been preparing for weeks,” Benny added.
While the frogs were singing, other animals were gathering around the pond. The fireflies were glowing, and the crickets were chirping. Everyone was enjoying the beautiful concert. “This is amazing!” Luna exclaimed.
Meanwhile, Sammy the squirrel was climbing a tree to get a better view. He wasn’t making any noise, so he wouldn’t disturb the singers. “I was hoping to see this from above,” Sammy whispered to himself.
As the night was progressing, the music was becoming more enchanting. The owls were hooting softly, adding to the magical atmosphere. Luna was feeling grateful to be part of such a special night.
The concert was continuing until midnight. Even the animals who weren’t singing were contributing to the harmony. The breeze was rustling the leaves, creating a gentle background melody.
After the concert, Luna and Benny were talking about how wonderful the night had been. “I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful performance,” Luna said. “Neither was I,” Benny agreed. “We were lucky to witness it.”
As they were heading back home, Luna was already thinking about the next Frog Choir Festival. “I will make sure to attend every year,” she decided. And so, every year, Luna was looking forward to the night of the singing frogs.
