Beaver's Busy Day
In a peaceful riverbank, there is a hardworking beaver named Benny. Benny is always building something new. Today, he is working on a new dam. He is gathering sticks and mud to make it strong.
Benny’s friends are watching him from the shore. Lucy the duck is swimming nearby. “What are you doing, Benny?” Lucy is asking. “I am building a new dam,” Benny replies. “It is going to be the best one yet!”
Sammy the squirrel is climbing a tree to get a better view. “Wow, Benny, you are working hard,” Sammy says. “Yes, I am,” Benny answers. “I am hoping this dam will help us all when the rain is coming.”
Meanwhile, Toby the turtle is resting on a rock. He is not doing much today. “I am just relaxing and watching you all work,” Toby says with a smile.
The birds are singing in the trees while Benny is building. They are creating a beautiful melody that makes Benny’s work more enjoyable. “The birds are making such lovely music,” Benny thinks.
Suddenly, a group of young beavers comes along. “Can we help you, Benny?” they ask eagerly. “Of course, you can! I am needing all the help I can get,” Benny replies.
Soon, everyone is working together. Lucy is bringing small branches, Sammy is collecting leaves, and the young beavers are carrying sticks. Even Toby is moving some pebbles.
“What a team effort!” Benny exclaims. “We are doing great work together.” The dam is growing bigger and stronger with everyone’s help.
By the end of the day, Benny is looking at the dam proudly. “We have done it! The dam is finished,” he announces. All the animals are cheering and celebrating their hard work.
As the sun is setting, Benny is sitting by the river, feeling happy and tired. “Tomorrow, we are going to start a new project,” he says. “But for now, we are enjoying our success.”
